Email engineer specialist (consultation + implementation)

Hello. I am looking to have several email accounts transferred from namecheap.com. I have a local server onsite with windows server 2016 that I would like to have configured in order to host our own email server. We need someone that can help to provide the correct email options, configurations to our domains with sustainable, reliable, cost effective, private and secure ongoing local email send and receive server.
