Email Refinement for Existing Customers

**Project Overview:**
I am looking for an expert to enhance a series of 6 informational emails intended for our existing customers. These emails were initially drafted by an intern using Canva. The emails serve to inform our clients of the status of their requests (6 or 7 steps) and need to be aligned with our corporate identity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Redesign the general template of the emails to improve clarity, engagement, and overall presentation.
- Ensure all emails are fully responsive, with light code to avoid spam folders.
- Incorporate our brand logo and colors to maintain brand consistency.
- Create an easy way to personalize these emails without needing to modify the code directly. Ideally, data should be easily updated via an Excel file or a similar tool.
**Ideal Skills:**
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience with email marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency in communication.
**What I Will Provide:**

- Access to our website files if needed.
