I need an audit and a detail explanation of what is going on with my email campaign between Clickfunnels, Sendinblue and SparkPost.

I do not understand what is going on with my email campaign, whether or not my emails are being sent and by which SMTP. I also need help with how to navigate and analyse the data Sendinblue, SparkPost and Clickfunnels are showing me. English fluency and video calling is necessary for this project. Thank you!
