E-commerce Bulk Email Campaign

I need help running a full-cycle email push for one of my e-commerce stores. The work starts with sourcing a fresh, permission-based contact list that fits my target shopper profile, then moves on to crafting and sending a single promotional blast—no Mailchimp or similar hosted service, please. You will be expected to rely on your own bulk-sending setup (self-hosted SMTP, SendGrid, Amazon SES, or any equivalent you already trust for high deliverability).

The campaign itself is straightforward: a concise piece of copy paired with product images that link back to my store. The goal is pure product promotion—no newsletters, no surveys—so the template can stay simple and sales-driven as long as it looks clean on desktop and mobile.
