Targeted US Newsletter Email Campaign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My upcoming newsletter series needs a fresh, permission-based email list drawn exclusively from the United States and segmented three ways: by age group, by geographical region, and with a clear focus on small-business contacts. I expect a clean, fully verified CSV (hard bounces under 2 %) that is immediately ready for deployment.
Once the list is approved, you will manage the first bulk send end-to-end. That includes uploading the list to your preferred compliant platform (SendGrid, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.), configuring the template I’ll supply, scheduling for optimal inbox placement, and monitoring delivery in real time. All activity must meet CAN-SPAM requirements and include functional unsubscribe handling.
Deliverables
• Verified, segmented CSV list with source citation
• One initial bulk send of the newsletter (final volume TBD, estimated 10 k–20 k)
• Post-send performance report detailing opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes
Acceptance is based on list accuracy, compliance evidence, in-inbox delivery above 90 %, and a complete analytics report.
