Need expert email marketer for pharma products

I am looking for an email expert who can deliver emails to inbox without going into spam. i have a huge targeted lists of the people who buy products like viagra and cialis and i need someone who can setup everything and help me reach the real buyers. if you can show me you are able to do this i will hire you on permanent basis. this is a long term project but you need to show me you can.

1- Should be able to create templates and landing page.
2- Should be able to prove that you can deliver it.
