Hello, I could really use some help with my Mailchimp account. I've used it successfully for about five years, but in recent year or so, I haven't been utilizing it much, and I'm looking to get it up and running effectively again.
Specifically, I'm hoping for some guidance with:
Audience segmentation and tidying up my contact list: I'm currently paying a monthly fee, and I suspect I'm paying for contacts I'm not actively using, which I'd like to optimize.
My pop-up form: It seems to have paused, and I wasn't even aware it wasn't working. I'm unsure why it stopped or how to reactivate it.
General help getting started again: I want to ensure I'm using my current contact list efficiently and not wasting my subscription.
