Hubspot Email Marketing Automation Setup & Training

We have a Hubspot CRM Suite Starter subscription that we need set up so that we can do email marketing campaigns for our vendor clients. We are a distributor that sells subscription-based technology solutions (SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Unified Communications, Internet) through an indirect sales channel to B2B corporate clients. Our vendors want us to use email and social media marketing to recruit new indirect sales agents. They provide the content mostly. I am looking for an expert level Hubspot freelancer to help us get the system set up immediately to do some email campaigns with tight deadlines. Then we would like that freelancer to stick with us and help to set up Hubspot with landing pages, funnels, etc. and provide some training to an entry level marketing resource that we have in house. Each time our marketing resource takes over a particular area of Hubspot....you will move up and on to more elaborate and complex functions of the Hubspot software so that it is optimized.
