Email automation assistant

I have a landing page built to gather interest in a free financial webinar. At the end of a webinar, we will try to upsell into a 12 week paid business education course.
I now want to build the next stage of the project which is to build the email automations
1: contact details added to crm
2: immediate email to confirm webinar registration
3: immediate email containing either a pdf document or a link to the pdf download page
4: reminders if not registered for webinar
5: 24 hr 1hr and 15 min webinar reminders.
6: ideally crm tagging for those who attended webinar
7: tagging for those who signed up to paid course.
8: ongoing marketing drip feed emails to those who didn’t register or attend webinar/ invites to next free webinar.
As of now I have no crm and email automation experience, so I will need some direction on platform(s).
The best solution would be free platforms up to our first 1000 users.
Site is on Wordpress, words for emails will be supplied.
