Email Sender needed for international email campaign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone to send the same email to 1509 international organisations, working from an excel list. The pace will be 30 - 60 emails a day. I have been doing this project at $40 for 1500 emails, but the person who was doing it has studies and cannot do the latest 1500 emails. If you do well in this project there will be another 1500 email project after that, then another after that, etc.
Working from an excel list, you need to send the same email, preferably in gmail, but changing the recipient address each time, and changing the subject header, as the recipient's name is in the subject header, so every email has a slightly different name in the title. Other than that the rest of the email will always be the same.
For example:
Robert: an email
Jane: an email
Mark: an email
And so on, until sent to 1509 organisations. You will have a supervisor to check your work, you will copy them into the email in CC. If anyone replies to the emails you forward the replies to the supervisor, and the supervisor will reply further. You only send the initial emails.
You will be filling in the excel sheet of organisations with the date you sent the email, and the supervisor will be checking your day's work. At a rate of 30 - 60 a day, you would fill the day's date beside all 30 organisations you sent it to, every day. Then the supervisor knows which work to check, as well as being CC'd into the email, he will be following your work checking you sent the work well.
Any errors in sending you mark that on the excel sheet also, such as 'message not sent' errors, for the supervisor to check. You will continue to send emails at 30 - 60 a day until the whole excel list is complete. Happy bidding.
