**Responsibilities**:

* Set up and manage the end-to-end cold email outreach system.
* Utilize Apollo, Clay.com, and Instantly.io to automate the search and data scraping of new business contacts.
* Pull and Push data to our Salesforce system
* Ensure accurate extraction and organization of founders' contact information.
* Implement effective data management practices to maintain a clean and updated database.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline the outreach process.
* Monitor system performance, make adjustments as necessary, and report on outreach metrics.

**Requirements**:

* Proven experience with Apollo, Clay.com, and Instantly.io or similar data scraping and outreach automation tools.
* Strong understanding of email marketing techniques and best practices.
* Familiarity with the setup and maintenance of email outreach systems.
* Technical acumen to troubleshoot and optimize the workflow.
