Bulk Email System Setup

I need a turnkey bulk-email system that will let me send newsletters, promotional emails, and periodic updates to my clients without hitting deliverability snags or spam traps. At the moment I have no list at all, so the first step is to help me build a compliant, opt-in subscriber base—from capture forms through to segmentation.

Deliverables
• Fully configured email-marketing platform with sending domain, SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, and automated list-cleaning.
• Lead-capture funnel (landing page or embedded form) tied directly into the list.
• At least one reusable template covering my three content types (newsletter, promo, update).
• Brief hand-over document or video showing how to add content, schedule campaigns, and read reports.

I’ll test by sending a small batch and verifying inbox placement, bounce rate below 2 %, and clear analytics. If that works, we move to larger sends. Let me know your approach, tool preference, and estimated timeline.
