I have a list of roughly 13,000 business-focused addresses and a finished HTML template that promotes my line of physical goods. I will supply:
• the contact list in CSV format
• the final template

You will:

• configure authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) if we use a domain you provide, or guide me through it if we use mine
• send the campaign at a cadence that keeps spam traps and throttling in mind
• track opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints, then return a concise performance report within 48 hours of completion
