Looking for Elixir Developer for a minor fix in the script

Hi,
I am running a self-hosted version of plausible analytics developed in Elixir. I need some minor changes to it. Plausible is installed and hosted using a docker image, so I want to make these changes in a repo fork, create a new docker image with those changes and then use that image for installation and future updates.

Changes required: I want to show the full url (hostname + pathname) to pages. Both values are saved in the database btw.
