Junior Voice AI Engineer with ElevenLabs Experience

About the role:
Evalora is hiring a Junior Voice AI Engineer to build conversational voice experiences using ElevenLabs. You’ll work directly with the CTO to integrate voice AI into our hiring products built on React/Next.js and a Python FastAPI backend.

Deliverables
What you’ll do
Build and ship voice interview and outreach features using ElevenLabs’ platform and conversational AI agents
Integrate voice AI into React/Next.js UI with clean, reusable components
Create simple, reliable UI for real-time voice interactions and transcripts
Work across the stack to connect features to our Python FastAPI backend
Collaborate on product design, iterate quickly, and ship to production
Requirements
Proficiency with React and TypeScript (Next.js preferred)
Familiarity with Tailwind/shadcnbs or similar voice/conversational AI
Python/FastAPI experience (building/consuming APIs, auth, routing)
Strong communication and eagerness to ship frequently
Nice to have
WebRTC or real-time audio experience
Prior work on voice assistants, TTS/STT, or interview workflows
Familiarity with Tailwind/shadcn for rapid UI development
