I need a web designer to produce a Figma design for a vodka company

Hi,
Looking for a graphic/web designer to work with on multiple projects as part of my web agency.
Need excellent english skills, good initiative, and great inspirational design.
Currently, the website has a landing page.
It needs to be updated with a full homepage, 'our story' page, e-commerce (one product only) and contact us page.
The elements need to be taken from the current landing page and then extended out.

I have a brand guidelines document to be followed, and inspiration to be taken from desidaru.com (but not copied), that is the calibre of design I need.
I will provide copy where needed.
I will only pay attention to proposals with great English, and specific to the project. There is alot of work similar to this coming up and hope to have a long lasting relation with the designer.

It'll be a bonus if the designer is also fluent in Elementor (wordpress) and can actually develop the site after designed are approved, but this is not a priority.
