WordPress dev with solid Elementor Expert to develop 1 custom page to Elementor

Hello, I need solid WordPress dev expert to develop our custom page into Elementor. I don't want you to do code scraping or other shady techniques. I want this page to build using native elementor widgets with only very minimal CSS if requred exact similar design.
