Project: Six-page WordPress website build for Project River, a renewable energy development project in Tennessee.

Full scope brief attached. Summary:

• Platform: WordPress on a managed host (provider TBD with client at award)
• Six pages total. Four are fully designed in the mockup above. Two additional pages (Your Questions FAQ and Newsroom) to be designed by the freelancer in the same visual style.
• Custom build elements: mega menu navigation, sticky header with blur backdrop, custom button styles, FAQ accordions, eyebrow text styling
• Contact form with topic dropdown routing to a single email inbox, with branded auto-acknowledgement
• Newsletter signup connected to client email tool (Mailchimp or similar)
• WCAG 2.1 AA compliance with audit summary at delivery
• Three responsive breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• ProjectRiver.Earth domain connection with active SSL
• 30-day post-launch defect warranty and two structured revision rounds

Out of scope: custom CMS work beyond standard WordPress, AI inbox triage, custom analytics, blog functionality, e-commerce.

Completion Date: June 15, 2026

When bidding, please include:

• Total quote covering full scope including custom code
• Committed delivery timeline
• Page builder recommendation (Elementor, Bricks, GeneratePress, or block editor with custom blocks) and why
• Recommended managed WordPress host
• Two or three portfolio examples of past WordPress builds, specifically showing custom mega menu navigation
• Confirmation of WCAG 2.1 AA experience

Brand assets, final copy, FAQ content, press release content, and form destinations will be provided at award.
