WordPress Speed & Backend Cleanup

We are looking for an experienced WordPress specialist to improve the back-end performance and page speed of our WordPress website, which is built with Elementor. The goal is to achieve significantly better scores on Google PageSpeed Insights for both desktop and mobile.

1) Key Tasks:
- Website Performance Optimization
- Improve loading times across all pages.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS).
- Reduce unused CSS/JS and optimize Elementor output.
- Ensure caching and minification are properly configured.
- Optimize images (compression, lazy loading, next-gen formats like WebP).
- Implement CDN (if relevant).

2) Back-End Improvements
- Clean up the WordPress back-end (remove unused plugins, themes, and scripts).
- Optimize database for performance.
- Ensure Elementor is running as efficiently as possible.
- Check hosting setup and recommend improvements if necessary.

3) Testing & Reporting

- Benchmark performance improvements with before/after results (Google PageSpeed Insights).
- Ensure no negative impact on design or functionality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with WordPress & Elementor performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Google PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals.
- Ability to deliver measurable improvements for both mobile and desktop.
- Attention to detail: improvements must not break existing design/functionality.
- Good communication and availability for feedback/iterations.

Deliverables:
- Optimized WordPress website with measurable page speed improvements (Google PageSpeed Insights)
- Short report of actions taken + before/after test results.

If the collaboration goes well, there are opportunities for long-term work on website optimization, maintenance, and future projects.
