WordPress Site Rebuild Needed

I’m moving the site at www.tiny.cc/chops onto WordPress and need it rebuilt as a close copy. Think of it as “same structure and layout, same overall feel and styling,” rather than a pixel-for-pixel clone. I’m hosting the finished site on my own server, so please keep everything portable and straightforward to maintain.

Builder & tech stack
Elementor is my preferred builder. You’re welcome to use any well-supported theme or starter kit, but the final result must be fully responsive, fast-loading, and easy for me to update later without touching code.

Scope of the initial job
• Recreate every current page, preserving menus, sections, and overall visual mood.
• Copy existing text and images as they are; if you spot minor optimisation wins (alt tags, compression, etc.) feel free to implement them.
• Deliver a tidy WordPress install with cleanly named templates, global colours, and style kits so I can tweak things site-wide.

Future tweaks
I expect follow-on work—adding pages or small design changes—so include your hourly rate for ongoing tasks. We might also add new content once the rebuild is live; I’m not sure yet, so build with scalability in mind.

What I’d like to see in your proposal
• A one-line confirmation you reviewed the existing site.
• Your fixed price for the rebuild, broken into milestones if that helps.
• Your hourly rate for future tweaks.
• Links to at least two similar Elementor (or other WP builder) projects you’ve completed.
• Estimated timeline to get the new site ready for launch.
