WordPress Popup Form Edit

I need a WordPress expert to edit a popup on my site. The link currently isn't sending info anywhere, and I need it to be directed to my Gmail.

Requirements:
- The popup should capture full contact details
- Ensure the info is sent to my Gmail

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in WordPress
- Experience with form handling and popup modification
- Knowledge of integrating forms with Gmail

The page is utilizing an Elementor template and an Elementor popup but it shows an error when i try to open that pop up in Elementor editor.
