I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer who can handle a multi-stage integration project involving the following platforms:
Gravity Forms (already built)
Amelia Booking (services already entered)
Elementor

Xero
Scope of Work:
Embed Gravity Forms
Add my pre-built Gravity Forms into the correct pages of the website.
Link Services to Amelia
Connect existing services in Amelia to form selections, ensuring proper mapping.
Seamless Booking Workflow
When a user selects a service (e.g., Horse Care) via Gravity Forms, it must auto-populate in Amelia.
The user should not need to reselect the service — this should happen automatically.
Create 5 Custom HTML Pages
Design 5 clean, responsive HTML pages for integration into Gravity Forms. I’ll implement them — just need the code.
Build 10 Pages in Elementor
Use provided content to build 10 attractive pages in Elementor related to equestrian event services.
ActiveCampaign Integration
Set up automation so user details from the website are automatically added to ActiveCampaign CRM.
Xero Integration
Connect Xero and ActiveCampaign so customers receive automated invoices/receipts after booking.
