WEBSITE — 5 HOUR FIX PLAN
Platform: WordPress + Elementor
Goal: make site stable, fast, and navigable so it can operate as a finished site

STEP 1 — Backup
Create full backup (files + database)
Record Lighthouse mobile score of homepage before changes

STEP 2 — Remove Brevon Theme (major performance issue)
Install theme: Hello Elementor
Activate Hello Elementor
Go to:
Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data
Go to:
Settings → Permalinks → Save
Do not delete Brevon yet (until verified working)

STEP 3 — Build Simple Header in Elementor
Elementor → Theme Builder → Header → Add New
Create minimal header containing only:
Logo
Menu
Contact button
Assign to entire site
Confirm:
menu opens on mobile
links clickable
logo visible
Once working:
Delete Brevon theme and child theme

STEP 4 — Remove Animations and Sliders (Homepage + main pages)
For each page (start with homepage):
Delete widgets:
Slides
Image Carousel
Testimonial Carousel
Counters
For each top section:
Advanced tab → Motion Effects OFF
Advanced tab → Entrance Animation NONE
Advanced tab → Scrolling Effects OFF
Content can remain stacked vertically — do not redesign

STEP 5 — Fix Hero Section
Top section must:
show text immediately on page load
no slideshow
no rotating messages
If using background image:
set minimum height desktop and mobile
Do not lazy load hero

STEP 6 — Add Services Section (Homepage)
Create a new section titled: Services
Add 6 static blocks (no carousel, no animation) linking to pages:
Management Consulting (MCC)
Marketing
Web Development
SEO
Recruitment
Growth Strategy
Each block links to its own page (create page if missing)

STEP 7 — Fix Header Layout Shift
Header must not change size when scrolling
Disable:
shrink header
logo resize
sticky effects that alter height

STEP 8 — Create Clean Navigation Structure
Create main menu:

Link pages even if content minimal
Remove duplicate or marketing pages from menu

Install one only:
WP Rocket OR LiteSpeed Cache
Enable only:
page caching
defer javascript

remove unused css
preload fonts
Clear cache

Confirm:

hero text visible immediately
mobile menu works
forms submit correctly
Run Lighthouse mobile again
Provide:
