WordPress & Elementor Site Management
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE NOR THE PROFESSIONALISM TO GET THE JOB DONE
WordPress + Elementor Website Manager (Ongoing Maintenance & Development)
We are looking for an experienced FULL STACK DEVELOPER with WordPress to take over the ongoing maintenance, optimisation and development of our website.
Our website is built in WordPress using Elementor and we need someone reliable, proactive and technically strong who can keep it running at its best — not patch problems with short-term or messy fixes.
This is an ongoing role for the right person.
What we need:
Ongoing website maintenance and support
New page builds and improvements in Elementor
Plugin management, updates and compatibility checks
Troubleshooting and fixing issues properly (root-cause fixes, not band-aids)
Speed optimisation and performance improvements
Security monitoring and best-practice implementation
Regular testing to ensure forms, integrations and functionality are working correctly
SEO technical health checks (site structure, speed, mobile performance, broken links etc.)
Recommendations for improvements and better functionality
Important:
We need someone who:
Communicates clearly and follows through
Does not disappear mid-job
Does not implement “dodgy” quick fixes that create bigger issues later
Understands how plugins interact and impact site performance
Thinks long-term about site health, scalability and stability
Can identify issues before they become problems
Requirements:
Strong WordPress + Elementor experience
Strong plugin management experience
Experience with website speed optimisation
Understanding of hosting, backups and security
Ability to troubleshoot conflicts between themes/plugins/integrations
Good understanding of UX and conversion optimisation is a bonus
To apply:
Please provide:
Examples of WordPress/Elementor sites you actively maintain
Your process for plugin updates/testing
How you handle website issues (temporary patch vs permanent fix)
Your availability and response times
Your hourly rate or ongoing maintenance package
We are looking for a long-term working relationship with someone who takes ownership and genuinely cares about the quality and performance of the site.
