WordPress + Elementor Expert Needed (Redesign + Dynamic Product System + Local SEO)

Overview
I own a well-established Asian grocery business with two physical locations (Minneapolis and Woodbury).
We already have: (1) A live WordPress website; (2) Elementor installed; (3) Hosting configured. This is NOT a ground-up build.
This is a strategic redesign + system build to turn the site into a local SEO + in-store revenue engine.
Scope of Work
1. Redesign Existing Site (Elementor)
* Clean, modern layout (high-end grocery / Trader Joe’s feel)
* Mobile-first optimization
* Improve UX for discovery and browsing
* Maintain brand identity
2. Build Dynamic Product System (CRITICAL)
* We have hundreds of SKUs. We need a scalable system.
You will:
* Set up WooCommerce (catalog mode — no checkout)
* Structure products as a database, not static pages
Create:
* Product template (Elementor dynamic)
* Category template
* Ensure products can be:
- easily added
- categorized
- internally linked
If your approach is to manually build pages in Elementor, this job is NOT for you.
3. Template System (Reusable)
* Build reusable Elementor templates for:
- Product pages
- Category pages
- Location pages
Goal: We should be able to duplicate and scale pages WITHOUT redesigning each time.
4. Local SEO Structure
* We are targeting:
- “Asian grocery Minneapolis”
- “Asian grocery Woodbury”
- “Where to buy [product] near me”
You will:
* Structure pages for SEO (titles, schema, hierarchy)
* Ensure clean URL structure
* Set up internal linking between: products, categories, and location pages
5. Performance + Technical Setup
* Improve site speed (target <2.5s load)
* Ensure proper mobile performance
* Clean up unnecessary plugins if needed
What We Are NOT Looking For
* Generic designers with no system thinking
* Agencies that outsource everything
* People who only “make things look nice”
* We are NOT hiring for traditional monthly SEO services.
* We are NOT interested in generic SEO packages or ongoing retainers that focus on vanity metrics instead of real business outcomes.
What We ARE Looking For
* Someone who understands:
* WordPress + Elementor deeply
* WooCommerce as a data structure
* SEO site architecture
* Scalable builds (not one-off pages)
Deliverables

Timeline
* Week 1–2: Audit + redesign direction + setup
* Week 3–4: Templates + product system
