I am looking for a reliable WordPress developer who works with Elementor and can accurately build or duplicate websites from references I provide.

This is a long-term working relationship, not a one-time project. Work is not hourly. Simple work is paid per page, and complex work is priced per project.

I strongly prefer someone who is capable of building complex, system-style websites, even if the reference sites were not originally built in WordPress.

SIMPLE EXAMPLE – LANDING PAGE

Description:
A single landing page built in WordPress using Elementor.

Includes:
• Hero section
• Multiple content sections
• Buttons and calls to action
• One form (contact form or multi-step form)
• Fully responsive

Design style may vary (SaaS, app, funnel, local business, etc.).
I will provide a live website link or an AI-generated design to duplicate.

Important:
• A thank-you page does not count as a second page if it is part of the same funnel or form flow.

Pricing expectation:
• I prefer to pay $6 per landing page for this type of work.

COMPLEX EXAMPLE – SYSTEM-STYLE WEBSITE

Description:
A website that includes user accounts and admin-controlled workflows.

All of the following are considered part of the same complex project:
• User sign-up and login
• User dashboard
• Users can upload files or submissions
• Admin can create jobs, tasks, or offers
• Admin sets titles, descriptions, prices, and links
• Admin reviews submissions and marks them as approved or denied
• Approved submissions add funds or credits to a user wallet or balance
• Users can view earnings inside their dashboard
• Multiple user roles
• Admin approval required before payouts
• Basic admin reporting (pending vs approved submissions)

Reference sites do not need to be WordPress.
This is not a per-page project.

In your proposal, include:
• Your flat price for this type of build
• Estimated timeline
• Any assumptions or limitations

Simple landing pages are high volume and ongoing.
Complex system-style builds are less frequent but higher value.
