WordPress Elementor Admin Speed Fix and admin issues fix

My Elementor-based WordPress site is running NitroPack, yet the admin area is still painfully slow—especially when any screen tries to load. I want the back-end page loading time brought down to something workable and, while you’re in, I also need two related issues solved:

• Newly created URLs sometimes redirect to the wrong destination.
• The Pages list inside wp-admin randomly hides items, forcing me to search or use direct links.

There haven’t been any recent plugin additions or updates, so the bottleneck is likely caching conflicts, database bloat, permalink rules, or something in the way NitroPack is interacting with Elementor and other core plugins.

What I expect from you
— Diagnose the exact cause of the slow admin load (queries, REST calls, PHP memory, object cache, etc.).
— Optimise settings in NitroPack, Elementor, and the underlying server stack (PHP, MySQL) without breaking existing layouts.

— Restore full visibility of every page in the Pages screen and confirm the issue is gone after re-indexing or database repair.
— Provide a short report on changes made so I can keep future maintenance straightforward.
