WordPress Developer for Real Estate Photography Site

Hi!

I’m a new real estate photographer based in Ontario, Canada, and I’m looking to hire a Canadian-based WordPress developer to build a professional website for my business. My goal is to have a site that is clean, modern, and highly visual, similar to https://www.wideandbright.ca/

The website should allow me to showcase property photography, videos, and virtual tours, present pricing clearly, and provide a seamless experience for potential real estate clients.

Project Requirements:

Platform & Hosting

Build on WordPress using my existing Hostinger plan (WordPress-optimized)

Use Elementor for page design

Ensure mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and responsive design

Website Pages / Structure

Homepage with hero banner and call-to-action

Portfolio/gallery pages for property photos (with lightbox galleries and embedded YouTube/Vimeo videos)

Pricing page with clear tables (preferably allowing square footage categories)

Optional FAQ section, About, and Contact pages

Ability to create individual property listing pages (live while on market, easily archived once sold)

Functionalities

Galleries that allow users to click and cycle through large photos (not one at a time)

Embedded YouTube videos (videos hosted externally, not eating site storage)

Pricing tables that are clear and easy to update

Contact forms (for inquiries from agents)

Easy for me to update photos, listings, and content after handover

Design & UX

Clean, modern, and visually appealing

Professional real estate photography style

Fast load times and mobile-friendly design

Handover Requirements

WordPress admin credentials and Hostinger access (all in my name)

Full documentation on how to update galleries, add property pages, and edit pricing

Optional: recommend free or optional plugins used (if any)

What I’m Looking For

Canadian-based freelancers only (Ontario preferred for easier communication, same time zone)

Experience building WordPress websites with Elementor

Portfolio examples of real estate, photography, or visually-focused websites

Clear communication and availability for live calls if needed

Ability to work with milestone-based payments

Budget & Timeline

Budget: Open to quotes based on experience and scope (~$300-500 CAD expected for full build)

Timeline: Preferably completed within 2–4 weeks, but flexible for quality
