WordPress Developer Needed – Houzez Theme Customization (Long-Term Opportunity)

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to customize and configure a Houzez Real Estate WordPress Theme that has already been purchased.

This is NOT a custom website built from scratch. The Houzez theme already includes the layouts, templates, and most of the functionality, etc... Our objective is to customize the existing framework to match our brand and business requirements.

This is an initial paid project and, for the right developer, it can become a long-term collaboration over the next 12 months. We have additional websites, landing pages, and future WordPress projects planned, and we prefer to build a relationship with one reliable developer rather than hiring someone new for each task.

What We Need
The selected developer should be comfortable with:

WordPress
Houzez Theme customization
Elementor
Theme configuration and customization
Plugin installation and configuration
Responsive design
Website optimization
Basic website security
Multilingual compatibility
Familiarity with MLS / IDX integrations is a plus

Some customization may be required, but this project is primarily focused on configuring and adapting an existing premium theme, NOT building a website from scratch.

Communication
We value communication as much as technical skills.

The ideal developer should:

Be available during Eastern Time business hours (or have several hours of overlap).
Provide daily progress updates.
Communicate proactively.
Ask questions whenever clarification is needed.
Meet agreed deadlines.

The estimated timeline for this initial project is approximately 30 days.

No partial or milestone payments will be made.
Payment will be released only after the project has been fully completed, tested, documented, and approved.

The project will be considered complete only when:

All agreed work has been delivered.
All requested functionality has been tested and is working correctly.
Any agreed revisions have been completed.
A clear and well-organized user guide has been provided, explaining the requested configurations and any customizations performed so our team can manage the website independently.

Meeting agreed deadlines is very important. If delays occur, they must be communicated immediately. Any extension to the timeline must be approved by both parties before the original deadline.
