WordPress Developer – Elementor Pro, PHP, PSD/Figma/XD to WP, Speed Optimization & Site Migration

I need a developer who is equally comfortable designing in Elementor Pro and writing custom PHP to bring a set of XD layouts to life on my existing WordPress site. I will supply the full XD file set—including style guide, component library, and responsive break-points—so you can translate every pixel into a flexible Elementor theme and any supporting plugins that may be required.

Beyond the build itself, the top priority is page-speed. I want measurable gains in load time, moving the site from its current sluggish state to a lean, sub-2-second experience when tested with Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse. Core Web Vitals improvements are welcome, but the success metric we will track first is raw page-speed.

Because the work happens on a live installation, you’ll stage your changes in a dev environment, then handle the migration back to production (including domain or hosting moves if needed) without downtime or SEO impact.
