WordPress Clone & Elementor Redesign with focussed SEO

I need a fresh WordPress install on my Hostinger account to copy the site structure and seo elements from a site i like, wrap it in a brand-new, minimalistic interface built with Elementor.
The copying part must take into account the URLs, meta tags, heading hierarchy, meta descriptions, internal links and schema markup so that the site achieves good SEO results and rankings. Once the backbone is in place, you’ll redesign all templates from scratch in Elementor, following a clean, uncluttered aesthetic.

Calls-to-action are important: I want prominent contact forms and download links on key pages, plus a “register interest” option for upcoming products. A MailerLite (or similar) newsletter sign-up should slide in or sit in the footer, and a compliant cookie consent banner needs to load on first visit.
