WordPress Blog Setup with Elementor

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to help set up my blogging website using the Foxiz theme and Elementor Pro. The basic settings are already done; I just need the homepage and category pages designed.

Requirements:
- Homepage: Grid view of recent posts
- Internal Pages: Category Pages

Ideal skills and experience:
