WooCommerce Workshops & Site Tutorial

My new WordPress site, https://blttrainingusa.com, is live but still needs polishing so visitors can confidently buy any of the four online workshops.

Here is the help I need:

• Finish turning each workshop into a WooCommerce product that lets customers pick their preferred date and time right on the product page.
• Connect those options to a working payment gateway so checkout is smooth and fully tested.
• Replace two existing PDF downloads with the latest versions and be sure the links throughout the site point to the new files.
• Record concise video tutorials (screen-share with voice or text) that show me, step-by-step, how to maintain every part of the site—from editing Elementor sections and updating workshops to adding new PDFs and viewing orders. I’ll need the raw video files plus a quick reference outline.

The job is complete when:
1. All four workshops display selectable dates/times, process payments without errors, and confirm the booking in both email and the WooCommerce dashboard.
2. The new PDFs download correctly from all linked buttons.
3. A couple of images (such as a new PDF cover) are updated.
3. Short video clips that clearly demonstrate each admin task and I can replicate them on my own.

WordPress 6.x, WooCommerce, Elementor Pro, Stripe/PayPal are already installed; log-ins will be provided.
