Website Migration to WordPress

I'm seeking assistance to migrate my existing 6-page website from GoDaddy Builder to WordPress.

Requirements:
- Migrate 6 pages and a blog with 20 posts
- Set up a multilingual plugin with a language switcher for Russian and English
- Set up a basic contact form (name, email, message)
- Set up hosting
- Ensure easy management for adding blog posts post-migration

Additional Notes:
- Manual migration without using a template (using Elementor)
- Adaptation to mobile phones is essential
- Improvement of mobile responsiveness is a priority
