C. Project Description:
We need an experienced web developer to remediate a set of identified accessibility issues on a WordPress website built using the Elementor page builder. The fixes are based on a WCAG 2.2 Level AA audit and are well-documented with exact HTML elements, class names, and recommendations provided for each issue.

This is a straightforward implementation task — no discovery or testing required from your end. You just need to apply the fixes as specified.

D. Scope of Work (All fixes listed below):
1. Keyboard Navigation
- Add a "Skip to main content" link as the first interactive element, visible on focus, that moves keyboard focus to the main content area (WCAG 2.4.1)

2. Colour Contrast Fixes (WCAG 1.4.3)
- Add text-shadow to hero section paragraph text (#FFFFFF on irregular background) to achieve ≥ 4.5:1 contrast ratio
- Update navigation link hover/focus/selected state colour from #0183E6 to #0178D3 (on #FFFFFF background)
- Add text-shadow to homepage H1 heading on hover state (black text on dark irregular background)
- Fix subtitle text (#7F7F7F on #FFFFFF) on the About Us page — adjust opacity or colour to pass 4.5:1

3. Page Title (WCAG 2.4.2)
- Update the `<title>` tag on the homepage to a descriptive value (e.g. "Home | [Site Name]")

4. Landmark Regions (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Wrap main content sections in a `<main>` tag on both the homepage and About Us page
- Wrap footer sections in a `<footer>` tag (or use role="contentinfo") on the homepage

5. Heading Structure Fixes (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Remove heading role from non-heading H4 element on homepage (add role="none")
- Correct heading levels for footer headings ("Quick Links", "***** Advisors LLP") to aria-level="2"
- On the About Us page:
- Mark up visual person name headings as role="heading" aria-level="3"
- Remove heading role from H5 subtitle elements (role="none")
- Correct H2 person name headings to aria-level="3"

6. List Markup (WCAG 1.3.1)
- On the Investment Approach page, wrap list paragraph items inside proper `<ul>` and `<li>` tags

7. Mobile Screen Reader – Menu Button (WCAG 4.1.2)
- Update aria-label of hamburger menu button from "hamburger-icon" to "Menu"
- Add aria-expanded="true/false" toggling on button click

8. Focus Trap in Menu Overlay (WCAG 1.3.2)
- Implement focus trapping within the mobile menu overlay
- Add aria-hidden="true" to background content when menu is open
- Add role="dialog" and aria-modal="true" to the menu container

9. Advisor Popup Removal & Inline Display (/about-us)
- The existing advisor popup/modal has a broken backdrop — background content bleeds through, making modal text unreadable.
- Remove the popup mechanism entirely: Display each advisor's full bio/detail inline on the page below their name and designation card. Layout should be clean, readable, and keyboard/screen reader friendly
