This is a structured upgrade of an existing WordPress (Elementor) website hosted on SiteGround.

All updated page content is already written and provided via Google Drive.

High-Level Scope of Works

1. New Pages to Build

The following pages are new and must be built in Elementor:

2. Existing Pages to Fully Replace with New Content

The following pages require full content replacement and layout restructuring using provided documents:

3. Pages to Be Removed (With 301 Redirects)

The following pages will be permanently removed and must be redirected:

• Case Study – Commercial Installation
• Industrial EICR (redirect to Commercial EICR)
• Gas Safety Certificate page (redirect to Gas Compliance Services)
• Any outdated Domestic EICR page (redirect to Landlord EICR)

All redirects must be 301 permanent redirects.

4. Booking Funnel Development (Major Component)

Build a custom interactive multi-step booking funnel that:

• Starts with Residential or Commercial selection
• Allows multi-property selection
• Calculates estimates dynamically
• Applies:
• Minimum charges
• Per-item pricing logic
• 30% out-of-hours uplift (commercial only)
• Bundle discounts (5%, 10%, 15%)
• Requires uploads (certificates, DB photos, appliance photos etc.)
• Shows full estimate at final step only
• Includes T&C acceptance before submission
• Sends full structured email summary to office
• Shows on-page success confirmation

This replaces the existing contact form as primary CTA.

5. Performance & Technical Improvements:

• Improve PageSpeed score to 90+ on mobile and desktop
• Convert all images to WebP
• Optimise image sizes and compression
• Implement lazy loading
• Clean up unused scripts
• Ensure proper heading hierarchy
• Implement schema where specified

6️. SEO Implementation (Not SEO Services)

We already have an SEO agency and 21 defined keywords which are in the job pack.


Developer to:
• Implement meta titles & descriptions provided
• Implement internal linking provided
• Ensure clean URL structure
• Apply proper H1–H3 structure
• Optimise image filenames & ALT tags
• Implement redirects correctly
