I have a Wordpress website in Elementor-https://entrepreneursolutions.co.uk/
In desktop I need the main menu to stay on the top of the page when scrolling-
I also need need - a top level nav link to be highlighted- like in this example-https://exposureninja.com/
notice this page link (request review) also jiggles every so often- ideal if you can do this also
