The7 Theme Header & Category Fix

My WordPress site runs on the The7 theme and I’m facing two very specific issues:

• The header is not loading at all on the front page. I have only done some basic troubleshooting, but the problem persists while every other page displays the header correctly.
• All Category archive pages come up completely blank even though no recent changes have been made on the site and the posts exist in the back-end.

I need someone deeply familiar with The7’s theme options, templates, and typical conflicts (WPBakery, Elementor, cache, child-theme overrides, etc.) to locate the root cause and implement a clean, permanent fix without breaking the existing design or functionality.

1. Front-page header displays exactly as it does across the rest of the site.
2. Category pages show their post listings normally.

Access to wp-admin, FTP or cPanel can be provided immediately. Once the two issues are confirmed resolved on desktop and mobile, I’ll close the project and release payment straight away.
