Sustainable Innovation Platform Building
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Title: Experienced WordPress & Elementor Developer (Brevo, CRM Integrations + More)
Description:
We’re building ekps.no, a sustainable-innovation platform, and seeking a talented web developer to bring it to life. This role is hands-on: you’ll work with WordPress + Elementor to craft pixel-perfect pages, integrate Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for email/CRM workflows, and connect other key systems in our stack.
What you’ll do:
Design & build responsive WordPress themes with Elementor Pro
Implement and customize plugins, including Brevo integration for newsletters, transactional emails, and automation workflows
Connect and configure third-party tools (CRM, analytics, payment gateways, etc.)
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization and strong security best practices
Collaborate on new feature concepts: you’ll see our other sustainability-focused projects and advise on how the site can showcase their potential
Provide clean, maintainable code and clear documentation
Must-have skills & experience:
3+ years building sites in WordPress with Elementor (including theme/element custom widgets)
Hands-on with Brevo (Sendinblue) API and marketing automation setups
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Stripe/PayPal, and basic SEO plugins
Strong CSS/Sass skills and ability to write custom JavaScript when needed
Comfortable working independently, managing tasks and hitting deadlines
Excellent English communication
Nice-to-haves (any of):
Experience with headless WP or GraphQL
Basic PHP/MySQL optimization
Familiarity with other platforms in our ecosystem—feel free to explore and propose integrations!
Past contributions to themes or open-source projects
Why this project matters:
We’re not just building a website—we’re launching a suite of concepts around circular-economy innovation. There’s room for you to shape landing pages, microsites or proof-of-concept demos for partner programs, training portals, event registrations and more. You’ll get high visibility and opportunity to expand your role as new modules go live.
Logistics:
Fully remote—apply from anywhere
Flexible hours, but overlap with Europe/Oslo time zone is a plus
Budget and contract terms negotiable based on experience and deliverables
To apply:
Please send:
A brief cover message explaining your Elementor + Brevo experience
Links to 2–3 live WordPress/Elementor sites you built or maintained
