Seven-Page WordPress Brochure Site

I’m looking for a modern, clean WordPress brochure website made up of seven pages including an integrated contact form. All copy and imagery are already prepared, so your focus will be on translating that material into a polished, responsive design.

What I need:
• WordPress setup, theme selection or lightweight custom theme that fits a modern, minimalist aesthetic.
• Seven pages built and styled with my supplied content.
• A working contact form routed to my email address, including basic spam protection (reCAPTCHA or equivalent).
• Mobile-first responsiveness and cross-browser consistency.
• Easy-to-edit backend—Elementor, Gutenberg blocks or another widely supported builder is fine.
• Basic on-page SEO structure: proper heading hierarchy, alt tags on images, and clean permalinks.

Deliverables will be a fully deployed site on my hosting account, along with any custom theme or child-theme files and a brief hand-off guide so I can update text and images on my own.
