Set up a Master WordPress Blueprint on Hostinger with Elementor and WPML

Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced WordPress expert to complete a quick, one-time backend structural setup on my Hostinger account. I run an agency model and need a reliable "Master Blueprint" website configured so that I can easily duplicate it for new clients.
You will be responsible for setting up ONE hidden staging/blueprint site on my server with the following configurations:
1- Plugin Activation: Install and activate my paid Agency licenses for Elementor Pro and WPML using my manual license/site keys (keeping master credentials hidden).
2- Flexible Multilingual Framework: Configure WPML to be completely flexible so that any combination of languages can be activated or deactivated per client (e.g., English-only, English/French, or languages like Arabic, Spanish, or Urdu). Ensure the setup supports both manual/human translations (pasting in text) and automatic AI translations. The translation management panel must be secured so that junior "Editor" freelancers can input content and manage translations without accessing my master WPML account, billing information, or license keys.
3- Theme Setup: Install a lightweight, clean theme (like Hello Elementor) that is optimized to easily import Envato Elements template kits.
4- Cloning Solution: Install a reliable, free cloning or migration plugin (like All-in-One WP Migration or Duplicator) and provide a clear, simple mechanism so I can clone this exact master blueprint into new subdirectories (e.g., [domain.com/client-name](https://domain.com/client-name)) in one click.
5- User Roles: Ensure a restricted "Editor" role is fully configured in the blueprint so that junior freelancers can log in, import templates, and edit content without administrative privileges.
This is a straightforward, one-time project for a skilled professional. If you do an excellent job, there is potential for ongoing high-level technical support contracts as our agency scales. Budget is CAD$50. If you complete it TODAY, I will make it CAD$75
