We are ZipMerg, a premier home tuition service provider based in Lucknow. We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with strong UI/UX sensibilities to redesign two critical components of our website: the Tutor Registration Flow and the Job Postings Board.
The goal is to move away from a generic look to a high-converting, professional, and mobile-responsive education portal.
Scope of Work
1. Tutor Registration Redesign
User Flow: Transform the current registration into a seamless, multi-step process (e.g., Basic Info → Academic Qualifications → Subject Expertise → Document Upload/KYC).
Functionality: Ensure the form is intuitive, reduces drop-off rates, and looks professional on mobile devices.
Data Management: Seamless integration with our database to ensure tutor profiles are easy to review and approve.
2. Job Postings & Vacancy Board Redesign
Modern Layout: Create a clean, grid-based or list-based layout for tuition vacancies.
Advanced Filtering: Implement a robust search and filter system based on Lucknow neighborhoods (e.g., Gomti Nagar, Indira Nagar, Aliganj), student levels (K-12), and subjects.
SEO Integration: Ensure all job postings are optimized with Schema Markup (Rank Math) so they appear automatically in Google Jobs search results.
Technical Requirements
CMS: WordPress (Expert-level knowledge).
Page Builder: Elementor / Elementor Pro.
Themes: Experience with the Jobhunt theme or similar job board frameworks.
Plugins: Proficiency in Rank Math SEO, and form builders like WPForms or Fluent Forms.
UI/UX: Ability to create a clean, modern, and trust-building design.
