Responsive Elementor Header Update

I built my site in Elementor but the header still breaks at different view-ports. I want a single, reusable header template that looks and behaves perfectly on desktop, tablet and mobile.

The only section that must appear is a clean navigation menu. I am open to whichever layout—horizontal, vertical, or dropdown—best preserves usability at each breakpoint, so feel free to recommend the smartest choice. Sticky behaviour, mega items, or subtle animations would be nice extras but they are not required; polish and cross-device consistency are the priority.

Please work directly in Elementor’s Theme Builder (no third-party header plugins) and keep everything editable so I can tweak links later. Deliver the finished header as an activated template on my live site, tested in Chrome, Safari and Edge, plus the common mobile simulators inside DevTools. A brief hand-off note explaining any custom CSS you add will be appreciated.
