Reproduction of a WordPress website in French using the SEONEX theme (content provided via reference website)

I am looking for a WordPress / Elementor freelancer to recreate my current website using the SEONEX theme (already purchased).

The task is simple:
Copy all texts, titles, sections, prices, tables, services, and sub-services from my current website (reference site will be provided).
Recreate the same pages in WordPress using the SEONEX theme templates and blocks.
Adapt the design to match the SEONEX style while keeping the same structure as the reference site.
