Redesign Homepage for IT Freelance Marketplace (WordPress + Elementor)

I am looking for a WordPress / Elementor designer to redesign the homepage of my platform:

ITDispatch is a freelance marketplace that connects companies with IT freelancers (IT support, system administrators, cloud engineers, cybersecurity experts).
The website is already built using the Workreap WordPress theme.
All functionality is already implemented.
The only thing I need is a modern homepage design built with Elementor.
The goal is to create a clean, professional SaaS-style homepage similar to platforms like Malt or Upwork.
Homepage sections required
• Hero section with headline and search bar
• IT categories section
• Recommended freelancers section
• Recent projects / missions section
• “How it works” section (3 steps)
• Final call-to-action section
Requirements
• Must work with WordPress and Elementor
• Must be compatible with the Workreap theme
• Responsive design (desktop + mobile)
• Clean and modern SaaS style
Important
The design must be implemented directly on the WordPress website using Elementor (not only a Figma design).
