Quick WordPress Site Enhancements and load speed improve

I’m looking for a WordPress & Elementor specialist to apply several tidy, responsive updates to MagicProctor.com and show me how each change is done.
Scope
• Add Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube icons in the footer, each linked to their respective pages.
• Create a T&C page and a Privacy Policy page (text provided) and place their links in the footer so they open in a new tab.
• Build a simple About Us page in a two-column layout, inserting the supplied photo plus add tasteful stock images that match our brand tone.
• Optimise performance until Hostinger’s speed test consistently scores 90+ on both desktop and mobile.
