Portfolio Website Development from Design

I'm looking for a skilled web developer to build a portfolio website based on an existing design.

We'd like the website build in Wordpress, using elementor builder.

The site should include the following sections:

- Individual Pages (25 total):
These pages will be individually templated

- Compliance Pages (3 total):
These will share the same template across all three pages:
Terms & Conditions
Privacy Policy
Cookie Policy

- Listing Pages (3 total):
These will use a single template to display a list of entries with filtering/sorting capabilities:
Projects Listing
Case Studies Listing
Downloads Listing
Each item from these listings will link to its respective content page (see below).

- Content Pages (2 total):
These will use a single template for individual items in the listing:
Project Detail Page
Case Study Detail Page

The first phase of the project will simply be to replicate the existing design in a functional website. Ideally, the freelancer should have experience in:

- Web development and design replication.
- Elementor and Wordpress experience
- Figma experience

The second phase will involve enhancing the website with special functionalities.
