Part-Time WordPress & Elementor Website Designer (Healthcare / Dental Industry)

About Us
We are a growing marketing team specializing in premium websites and digital marketing for dental clinics and healthcare professionals. We focus on clean, modern, high-converting websites with strong branding, excellent user experience, and fast performance.
We are looking for a talented part-time web designer/developer who can take a website project from concept to launch with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Be Responsible for:
Designing complete website layouts and wireframes from a blank canvas
Translating brand identity into polished, modern and functional designs
Building WordPress websites using Elementor-Pro from scratch
Configuring themes, plugins, forms, and global site settings
Creating responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Maintaining clean spacing, typography, hierarchy, and overall visual consistency
Building lightweight, fast-loading pages following SEO and performance best practices
Designing engaging service pages, team/staff sections, and conversion-focused layouts
Collaborating with our SEO, content, and marketing team
Revising designs quickly based on feedback
Required Skills:
Strong expertise with WordPress and Elementor Pro
Excellent design taste and attention to detail
Ability to create modern, clean, premium-looking websites
Good understanding of UX/UI and conversion-focused design
Experience with responsive and mobile-first development
Experience working with the Rank Math SEO plugin
Comfortable configuring plugins and applying light CSS customizations
Understanding of website speed optimization and clean site structure
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing websites for:
Dental/Medical clinics and Healthcare professionals
Familiarity with:
Local SEO structure and principles
Conversion-focused layouts
Booking/Formform optimization
