Master Wordpress Blueprint Development

I'm looking for a senior WordPress/Elementor developer to build a Master WordPress Blueprint Template that will be used as the starting point for all future websites.
The objective is to create a reusable, production-ready foundation that reduces development time while maintaining consistency, performance, and code quality.

Scope of Work
Build a clean, modular WordPress template using the Hello Elementor theme.
Create editable Header, Footer, Global Templates, and Theme Settings in Elementor.
Set up reusable global styles (colors, typography, buttons, spacing).
Ensure the template is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Optimize for Core Web Vitals, page speed, and SEO best practices.
Organize the project for easy maintenance and future expansion.
Deliver a clean, documented template that can be duplicated for new projects.

Requirements
Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, and custom website development.
Experience creating reusable WordPress frameworks or starter templates.
Knowledge of website performance, security, and SEO.
Ability to recommend reliable plugins and modern development practices.

Preferred
I'm looking for a developer who is available on Saturdays and Sundays when needed to help keep projects moving.
