Junior WordPress Developer (Elementor + WPML) – Ongoing Website Projects

Project Description:
I am looking for junior or beginner WordPress developers who want real-world experience building websites for local businesses.
This is NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION. Work is assigned on a project-by-project basis as orders come in.
How the Process Works
I send you the client information.
I provide the website template.
I provide basic info on the client
You use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to generate website content. (detailed step-by-step instructions will be provided, including the prompts). Nonetheless, you need to have Free accounts on these three platforms. These tools are part of our workflow and are used to generate website content, service descriptions, FAQs, page text, and other website content. If you do not already have accounts, you must be willing to create free accounts before starting.
You build the website using WordPress + Elementor.
You send me a preview link for review; must be like this: getnextdaywebsites.com/clientname
Revisions are made if required.
If a logo is required: you must generate simple business logos using AI; it is always a text-based logo containing the company name.
You are not expected to write content yourself. You must be comfortable using AI tools to generate and improve content.
What You Must Be Able To Do
WordPress
Elementor
Responsive/mobile design
Create pages and menus
Create contact forms
Connect temporary preview links
Basic troubleshooting
You are NOT expected to be a designer.
The template is provided.
The content is generated using AI tools.
The logo is generated using AI tools.
Your main responsibility is assembling everything professionally inside WordPress and Elementor.
Mandatory Requirements
Every website must:
Look professional on desktop and mobile
Include a floating phone/call button on mobile devices (see an example on our website on your phone)
Be completed within a couple of hours when assigned
Follow provided instructions exactly; e.g. font types, sizes, typography, spacing, buttons, … etc.
Add-Ons (Important)
You must be able to complete all add-ons offered on our website: getnextdaywebsites.com
Review all the add-ons before applying.
The most important add-ons are:
1. WPML Multi-Language Websites
You must be able to create:
English/French websites
WPML language switching
Proper page translations
2. Availability / Promotional Banner
Example: look at the blue banner on top of our website. There must be a toggle in the admin for the client to turn it on and off. These banners can be things like:
Now accepting new clients
Summer special offer
Limited-time promotion
Banner appears at the top of the website.
Payment
$30 CAD per completed website
Additional payment for add-ons; between $10–$30 extra per add-on
Faster and more reliable developers will receive more projects
Important
This position is ideal for:
Junior developers
New freelancers
Developers building their portfolio
It is NOT suitable for someone who needs a guaranteed full-time income, or larger projects
Work volume will increase as the business grows.
Who This Position Is For
This position is intended for junior developers who already have some WordPress and Elementor experience and want to gain more real-world experience.
This is NOT a training position for someone starting from zero. You should already be able to:
Create pages in WordPress
Use Elementor confidently
Create menus and contact forms
Make websites responsive on mobile devices
Follow written instructions independently
Learn new tasks by researching and using AI tools
You do not need to be an expert, BUT you should be able to build a complete basic business website with minimal supervision.
If you have never built a WordPress website before, this position is probably not a good fit.
